Shades of Sisterhood Inc. is a registered trademark of the National Association of Virtuous Women, established in 2015 by founder Laura Tate in Charlotte, NC. Rooted in faith and inspired by the principles of Proverbs 31 and Titus 2, Shades of Sisterhood is a faith-based organization dedicated to empowering women to live purposeful and abundant lives.
Our mission is to cultivate a community of women who support and uplift one another while striving for excellence in every area of life. Through intentional programs, meaningful connections, and curated events, we focus on fostering personal growth, spiritual development, professional success, and community impact.

Our Founder
Laura Tate founded Shades of Sisterhood out of a desire to nurture authentic connections among women, break down barriers of division, and inspire others to step into their God-given purpose. Her unwavering faith and commitment to fostering a culture of integrity, competence, and class have made Shades of Sisterhood a beacon for women seeking a supportive and empowering community.
