Rochelle Blackmon as the Chapter Leader for Shades of Sisterhood in Atlanta GA.
Rochelle is originally from Louisville KY. She packed up her two children and all their stuff and moved to GA in 1997. She is a mother of two adult children ages 31 and 27. She's a grandmother of 4 with the 5th on the way (3 boys, 1 girl and another girl coming soon). She worked for a non profit for 15 years as an administrative assistant until Covid-19 came in and changed things with the company. She has been a home baker for years and has the desire to turn that into a business.
In 2018 Rochelle enrolled in classes at Escoffier Culinary School for Baking/Pastry to enhance her skills and to learn more about the world of baking. She is in the process of becoming an owner of a home based baking business. Her business is A Piece of Me to You LLC which has been her dream for years and now is the time to turn that dream into reality. One of her favorite quotes is “ Don’t ask God to guide your footsteps if you’re not willing to move your feet.”
We are excited to have Rochelle join us and we know she has so much to bring the table!
